Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restortive Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our team for weekend shifts only. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Help with mobility and physical activities, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work weekends consistently, with potential for additional shifts as needed.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
