JOB SUMMARY
This is a full-time non-exempt position which will deliver and pickup parts from mechanics. Deliver incoming freight to all other West Star personnel and/or departments. Pick orders to be delivered or sent to outside sales customers. Prep orders or repair purchase orders to be sent out. Assist counter and shipping / receiving personnel. Daily town runs to pick up orders from local vendors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
U Assist in picking orders for delivery or shipment.
U Deliver picked orders to mechanics.
U Deliver incoming packages to WSA personnel.
U Pick up parts from mechanics.
U Assist shipping / receiving personnel to receive and ship parts.
U Assist counter personnel
U Assist in stocking parts.
U Occasional town runs.
U Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have very strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Experience
Must have current drivers license with no violations.
Computer experience helpful.
Initiative
Must be self-motivated with a good attitude and flexible enough to change with priorities.
Must have good attitude toward customer service.
Must be able to work with numbers and calculations.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
