Job description
**Customer Service Representative:**
The primary objective of this position is to be a key member of a successful team
that coordinates communications for our customer base. This role involves
working with both the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
that meets customer requirements.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support the field sales team with
communication and administrative tasks. This role involves direct collaboration
with the Director of Sales to address potential customer inquiries and fulfill sales
support tasks as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide introductory information to new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
- Inform customers about additional products and services offered.
- Determine the quickest and most effective way to respond to client questions.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate team members or
management.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to products or services.
- Collaborate with other CSRs and departments to find appropriate solutions to
customer concerns and requirements.
- Communicate with sellers and customers about orders.
- Work with customers and sellers to resolve issues regarding customer
requirements.
- Develop and communicate leads for outside sellers.
**Required Skills**

- Experience in scheduling and logistics is essential.
