Incumbents in this job performs various tasks that include preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, space planning, construction, remodeling and painting; coordinating building security ; preparing schedules. And other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay: $20.20 per hour
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Inspects facilities, machinery, HVAC equipment, systems, etc., to verify safety, maintenance, conditions, functions, and quality.
- Establishes cleaning and/or preventative maintenance schedules and coordinates these activities.
- Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, and trim.
- Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions.
- Replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and wall coverings.
- Installs items such as window shades, venetian blinds, and curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks for tenants.
- Patches and paints doors, trim, walls, interior and exterior.
- Provides preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and trouble shoots equipment for proper operation.
- Provides minor electrical repairs, changes light bulbs and trouble shoots power outages.
- Sets up for meetings and take down.
- Shovels snow.
- Helps in remodels and constructions.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate's Degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
Mathematical Skill
- Ability to calculate figures, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems and easily solve them as individual and as a team.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Current Utah Driver's License.
