John Manchin Sr. Health Care Center, located in Fairmont, West Virginia, is a long-term care nursing facility owned and operated by the West Virginia Department of Health Facilities.
General Description
Provide housekeeping services to all areas of the facility. Dust chairs, tables, and other furniture and equipment. Washes windows, walls, and woodwork. Sweeps, mops, waxes, and buffs floors. Gathers and disposes of refuse. Keeps bathrooms clean and supplied with all needed products. Cleans on daily basis all nursing home resident’s rooms. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this job.
This is a tobacco free facility. Chosen applicants must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in Agency and Bureau policies. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Candidate must successfully pass a background screening.
