Scheduler

West Woods of Niles is hiring for a Schedular responsible for making the master and daily schedules. This position is a building manager, responsible for assisting the Nursing Home Administrator with holding employees accountable.

Wage Information:

• $19.85/hour - $21.85/hour
• Including an additional $0.85/hour indirect care employer pay

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the management of the Master & Daily Nursing Schedules
• Weekly Scheduler report
• Maintaining confidentially

Qualified Candidates will have:

• A minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
• A background in interviewing is preferred but not required
• Prior Long Term Care Experience
