ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring for seasonal Bartenders to join our Summer 2024 Beach Club team.
The Bartender is responsible for providing all Members and guests with a superior Bar experience, assuring impeccable service, presentation and product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Bartender must complete all tasks and assignments assigned by the Beach Club Manager and/or Head Bartender, including but not limited to:
- Prepare both standard drink recipes and special drink requests quickly and accurately
- Assure all Members and Guests requesting drinks meet minimum drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, including arranging bottles and barware, washing glasses, removing empty bottles, and replacing kegs
- Execute bar setup and stocking prior to start of service and/or event
- Provide Members and Guests with friendly, impeccable service
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Must be 18 years if age or older
- Prior experience in a Bartender role strongly preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members, and guests
- Must be customer service minded
- Must possess the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays and special events as needed
PAY RANGE
$19.00-$22.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
