Rate: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Requirements
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain aDriver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 2 weeks
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance
- Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
- Walking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debris
- Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor
