What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Instructor position at WESTEC?
We are currently seeking a Safety Instructor to administer and evaluate training programs on health and safety topics for employees. The successful candidate must have experience in the Oilfield safety industry, a working knowledge of various training materials, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify health, safety, security, and environmental risks.
- Provide safety training to employees.
- Help clients fill out bubble sheets
- Speak in front of students in a classroom setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shafter, CA 93263: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Oilfield Safety Knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
