Position Summary:
We have an immediate need for a full-time General Shop Laborer at our Logan, UT facility. As a Shop Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and operation of our rental fleet assets and shop facilities.
Some of the work that you will do:
- Safely load and unload rental equipment from trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Inspect rental units to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety requirements.
- Perform repair maintenance on rental assets as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on rental assets under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
- Ensure shop equipment is in good working order by performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including verifying items received against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Learn to read and understand technical drawings and manuals under the guidance of experienced technicians.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid unexpired driver's license.

- Previous experience in a laborer or shop assistant role.
- Maintenance experience.
- Welding certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
