Hourly Range: $22.00 - $25.00
Some of the work that you will do:
- Load/unload trucks
- Receive items into warehouse
- Verify items received against purchase order and packing list
- Stock materials in warehouse in their proper location
- Manage WesTech Manufacturing Warehouse email
- Create labels, tags, and packing lists
- Processing UPS, FED EX, DHL, etc.
- Pulling and staging inventory items for jobs
- Delivers and retrieves supplies to and from vendors / suppliers
- Build crates with pneumatic nail guns, staplers, and hand tools
- Read and understand drawings
Here are the skills that you need:
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent education
- Knowledge of or prior experience with computers
- Valid, unexpired Driver's License
- Able to pass a UDOT physical for DOT card
- Good communication skills, attitude, and logistic knowledge
Here are the skills that will set you apart:
- Forklift Certified
- Knowledge of raw metals and alloys
Physical Demands
- Ability to use a workstation including a computer/phone
- Frequently required to sit, talk, hear and see
- Regularly required to move around the facility
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
