Position Overview
Monitor and maintain quality control of incoming materials. Sample and inspect incoming materials.

Essential Job Functions
- Monitor, maintain, and enforce quality control of incoming materials.
- Collect samples for lab analysis and retained samples.
- Communicate and coordinate with Quality Assurance and upper manager regarding deviations and unanticipated occurrences.
- Create an atmosphere of professionalism, orderliness and cleanliness.
- Work with other members of the Quality and Warehousing teams.
- Perform other Quality functions as needed.

Qualifications:
Knowledge:
- Educational - no formal education required
- Training certificates - none required, quality related training recommended
- Quality related work experience – 1 years preferred
- Employee training as it relates to employment and work position
Skills/Abilities:
- Basic computer skills
- Legible hand writing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Repetitive bending, lifting and twisting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly/consistently during and typical work day
- Lift up to 70 lbs on an occasional basis
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
