This position prepares the Trainee for implementing program policies and procedures for the overall operation of an entire children's center and following Head Start Performance Standards and the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education. The Trainee will function as the Site Supervisor within three months of hire and continue to receive regular and ongoing training and mentorship from an assigned Supervisor. The Site Supervisor Trainee will learn skills and aid in overseeing and supervising the management functions to ensure quality, safety, and all applicable local/state/federal program compliance.
