The primary location of this position is on the main Cullowhee, NC campus.

Within the framework of the Western Carolina University Intercollegiate Athletic mission statement, effectively fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the assistant volleyball coach and other duties as assigned. Major areas of responsibility include: coaching, assisting with the development and recruitment of student athletes; assisting in the planning strategies that promote the program across the institution and among key stakeholders, including alumni and parents; striving to continuously improve the program in ways that support team unity and the academic and leadership development of the athletes. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by the head coach.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
