Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Executive Vice President. This high‑impact role provides senior‑level administrative support and requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and complete discretion. The ideal candidate excels at managing complexity, anticipating needs, and navigating shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This position is 100% in‑office at our Boulder location. Due to the collaborative, leadership‑facing nature of the role, remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Communications Liaison:
Manage executive‑level communications, serving as the central point of coordination between key internal and external stakeholders. Proactively draft, refine, and oversee correspondence, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Project Management:
Take the lead on special projects, research, and executive initiatives from concept through completion. Establish timelines, track progress, surface risks, and drive follow‑through.
- Meeting Organization and Preparation:
Own meetings end-to-end including agenda development, presentation creation, briefing materials and follow- up.
- Office & Administrative Management:
Oversee calendar management, administrative processes and records, and support operational efficiency.
- Confidentiality & Discretion:
Exercise sound judgment and accountability in managing highly sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
