Responsibilities:
- Cultivate enduring client relationships
- Oversee transportation requirements for clients
- Engage in freight rate negotiations to drive sustained growth
- Monitor and manage client transportation needs
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to streamline processes
- Conduct frequent client service calls
- Results-oriented team player
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Driven by a passion for success
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and purpose
- Adaptable to evolving scenarios
- Forward-thinking problem-solver
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales or management experience advantageous
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus!
- 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
- 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- $60,000-$90,000 (inclusive of performance-based incentives)
