Candidates are responsible for contacting, qualifying, and onboarding potential applicants for our trucking fleet. This position requires the ability to multitask, self-motivate, and effectively communicate to ensure success. Experience in the trucking industry or sales is a plus but not required. This is a full-time entry level position, with potential for growth within the company. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with the option for a flexible schedule depending on performance.
- Support candidates through the interview and initial onboarding process, acting as a liaison through the recruiting process
- Build and properly maintain a pipeline of continuous eligible applicants for onboarding
- Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and candidate is kept informed throughout the onboarding process
- Deliver a high level of communication between all company departments
Necessary Skills:
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel familiarity
- Proper phone etiquette
- Good time management
- Must be detail oriented and have great interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced and a highly competitive environment
