What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Head Start Nutrition/Janitorial Support position at Western Indiana Community Action Agency, Inc.?
Work with Early Head Start families, volunteers, and staff to provide comprehensive nutritional services and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Early Head Start facilities following established procedures inside the facility and on the surrounding grounds in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and Agency policies and procedure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Documented minimum of two years experience in nutrition/janitorial related field.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions relative to nutrition/janitorial duties.
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
- Work well with and without supervision, and with other staff.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
