Western Integrated Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Team! You will have the opportunity to make a strong contribution to our well-established and growing company.

Job Purpose:

Inside Sales Representatives is the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. In many ways the face of the company, sales representatives may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

You Have:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales experience
  • Fluid Power experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office 365, PDF, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with common office equipment (Printers, Copier, Fax, etc.)
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Detail-orientated and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your Powers:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls
  • Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients
  • Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
  • Provides information, quotes, and other bid specifications to clients
  • Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts and submits orders
  • Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency
  • Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts and leads to manager
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Performs other duties as assigned
