Mental Health Practitioner – ARMHS Program
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) team. This position involves delivering essential mental health support and skills training to adults facing mental health challenges, primarily within a community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized mental health services and skills training to clients in their homes or community settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement client-focused treatment plans
- Support clients in building skills that promote independence and recovery
- Travel locally to deliver services; an agency vehicle is provided
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Prior experience working in mental health or related services is preferred
