Description
Crisis Stabilization Workers (CSW) provide 24-hour care and crisis stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises. Responsibilities include assessing and planning client services, developing and implementing treatment plans, ensuring safety, providing direct care and counseling, monitoring medication and client progress, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications
Crisis Stabilization Workers are compassionate and empathetic and remain calm in crises. They demonstrate excellent communication and de-escalation skills and are great at problem-solving.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- One year (1) experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Minimum of one year (1) related experience
- Valid MT driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check upon offer of employment.
Salary : $17 - $20
