The Outpatient Therapist is a dynamic and strength-focused clinician passionate about promoting wellness in behavioral health. Working primarily with students of all ages, the Therapist works one-on-one with clients, advocating for healing, self-determination, and education. By addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnoses, the Therapist plays a crucial role in guiding clients toward stabilization and integration.

Qualifications
The Outpatient Therapist will have experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe and disabling mental illness. They must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to remain calm in crises, utilize ethical reflection, and complete assessments and documentation diligently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology
- Valid Licensure in MT as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Licensed Professional candidates (SWLC or PCLC) will be considered.
- One year of progressively responsible post-graduate experience in a community mental health center or similar setting is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check upon an offer of employment
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
Salary : $58,000 - $79,000
