Description
The PACT Certified Peer Support Specialist has a unique role within a dynamic and fast-paced Assertive Community Treatment Team that provides clients with comprehensive wrap-around care in their community. Peer Support Specialists provide peer counseling and support by drawing on their common experiences as peers to validate clients' experiences and provide guidance and encouragement to clients to take responsibility and actively participate in their own recovery.

Qualifications
The Certified Peer Support Specialist is excellent at communication, teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, ethical reflection, and the completion of treatment plans and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency, a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist (CBHPSS) or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
- Must demonstrate sustained & stable recovery for a period of at least 2 years.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
- Montana Driver License with good driving record
Salary : $17 - $22
