Job Description
WNY Urology Associates is looking for a Full-Time LPN to join our team of professionals for our Orchard Park location.
Responsibilities Include
Assess the physical and psychosocial status of clients by means of interview, health history, physical examination, and diagnostic studies. Assist the physician with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments when appropriate.
Provide educational material and communicate physician advice and instructions to the patient.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of quality improvement and patient satisfaction, while actively improving each process and procedure.
Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines and confidentiality policies. Observe all safety and health regulations, ensure compliance of State and Federal regulations and perform work in accordance with medical facility policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patient, family, team members, physicians and other staff.
Monday - Friday 4 Ten-Hour Shifts

Salary: From $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current New York state LPN license required
- BLS certification
- Experience with an EMR, preferably Medent
- Must be a team-player with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Compassion for patient needs and a high degree of professionalism
