We are currently seeking an Insulation Manager
Responsibilities:
The Insulation Manager oversees daily insulation operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and applicable codes. This role leads field crews, coordinates schedules and materials, and maintains quality control while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate insulation crews on residential, commercial, or industrial job sites
- Plan daily work assignments and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Train, coach, and evaluate insulation installers and crew leads
- Address job site issues, delays, or performance concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of hands-on insulation experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or crew-lead experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of insulation materials, methods, and installation techniques
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
