As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation care to patients with a variety of conditions. Key Responsibilities :
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Administer physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families about proper movement, posture, and techniques for improving strength and mobility.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient progress, treatments, and evaluations in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications :
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PT) with valid state certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. We Offer :
