DIVE INTO YOUR DAY AS OUR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
As our Compensation and Benefits Administrator, you will be the go-to expert in helping to administer our employee compensation and benefits programs. Your day will involve ensuring accurate benefits enrollment, assisting with benefit updates, and maintaining compliance with legal standards-all while collaborating with staff, associates, and vendors to create a positive workplace experience. Whether assisting employees with their benefits questions, managing records, or contributing to HR initiatives, you'll play a key role in fostering a culture where every associate feels valued. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure the seamless administration of these critical programs.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Human resources (HR) experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- A passion for supporting people and a strong desire to make a difference within a company
- A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- A desire to grow and develop professionally in the human resources field, with an interest in learning about compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
Having experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, or property management software is a plus! Experience or coursework in office or benefits administration, compensation, or HR-related fields is a bonus.
