This faculty role focuses on building equitable and culturally responsive learning environments. The position involves developing strong relationships with students to improve their language proficiency, support their career development, and encourage civic engagement. Faculty also contribute to broader institutional goals by advancing educational justice within their division and the College community

This position is a limited term position with an end date of June 30, 2026. This position will teach day classes at the La Crosse Campus, Tomah Regional Learning Center and evening classes at Sparta High School.

Teaching would be in a face-to-face format with a Fall/Spring/Summer contract.
