We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with WTCSB located in Suffolk, VA
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to communicate effectively to help resolve issues and address questions concerning audits and corrective action plans.
- The ability to monitor and track corrective action plans as it relates to audits and deliver recommendations to the Auding Administrator or Division Director.
- Ability to provide input, information, and review of both WTCSB needs and CCBHC requirements.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all teams within the WTCSB Agency.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas orally and in writing
Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements and Skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Working knowledge of the behavioral health and intellectual development system
- Knowledge and experience in auditing and compliance
- Higher education preferred, but not required
