Referral Coordinator

Location:

WWMG Primary Care Services department, Snohomish

Duties

• Process outbound referrals from primary care to specialists
• Obtain insurance authorizations if needed
• Confirm insurance is accepted
• Process referral to correct location
• Other administrative duties as assigned

The Referral Coordinator will be cross-trained in other areas to help out if needed, such as:

• Processing L&I paperwork
• Medical records requests

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Epic EMR (preferred)
• You must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
