Western Welding Academy is the fastest growing Trade School in America with Marketing and social media as the driving force. With a huge focus in digital marketing and a following of over 2.1 million people, we need some more hands on deck. We are looking for an energetic go-getter with SM content creation experience. This job is not for everybody but if you think you have what it takes to shoot on the fly, edit short form engaging content, this could be for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and compelling content for multiple SM platforms such as: Tik Tok, IG, FB, YouTube, Snapchat and many more.
• Creative ideation, planning, shooting, editing, posting
• Other platforms include websites, blogs, ad campaigns, swag/merch print material.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content strategies and concepts.
• Platform Metrics and Reporting and
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct concepts sales/marketing copy
• Staying up to date on cutting edge SM platform tools/capabilities
• Follow and stay current with trends
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator or similar role.
• Strong research skills to gather relevant information for content creation
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Must be able to reliably commute to Gillette, WY or relocate before starting work. (This is not a remote job)

Experience:

• 1 year SM content creation
• Familiarity with all major SM Platforms: Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn
• iPhone Videography
• Editing platforms: Cap Cut, FCPX, Adobe Premier
