Westerwood is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to add to our exceptional team and community. This position is scheduled 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm Monday-Friday with an occasional weekend rotation.

Job Duties :
Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, preventative maintenance, routine service, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, HVAC systems, and plumbing repairs.
Qualifications :
Must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience with technical schooling and EPA 608 universal refrigerant certification. Must enjoy working with the senior population and possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
