POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for data reporting, assisting with the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems, coordinating sales and service programs, and assisting with select marketing functions. Separation of duties 75% Sales Administration and 25% Marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Consolidates data across multiple systems and creates reports to support the bank’s departments.
- Assists with the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems.
- Monitors competitive landscape including interest rates, fees, promotions, and product set.
- Assists with Retail Banking’s Sales Program including tracking and sales adjustments.
- Assists with Retail Banking’s Top Performers Program and related events.
- Supports branch activities with materials for bank at work, student banking, and sales events.
- Supports Sales Administration training initiatives.
- Assists the Marketing Department with functions including branch materials, events, and reporting.
- Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.
- Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
