Automotive Sales Consultant

No automotive experience is required. We hire for drive, character, and communication skills, and we will provide you with the training.
A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a sales license are mandatory. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Outcomes - Key Responsibilities:
Exceed Sales Goals:
- Consistently sell 8 vehicles per month by mastering our sales process.
- Manage company-provided leads with speed, consistency, and skill.
- Generate your own referral business.
Create Raving Fans & Build Your Own Business:
- Provide a 5-star experience by guiding clients through our entire program—from the initial consultation and credit review to explaining financing options and celebrating their delivery day.
- Help clients understand their credit situation and how our program empowers them to improve it, setting them up for long-term success.
- Follow up after-sale to ensure satisfaction, build trust, ask for referrals, and create a customer for life.
- Maintain clear records of interactions and follow-ups to be done to build on your relationship with customers.
Maintain High Standards To Excel:
- Proactively manage your sales pipeline, keeping it clean and organized to focus your energy on the highest-value opportunities.
- Take ownership of the customer’s first impression by ensuring the vehicle inventory, your lot, and your offices are always presented in pristine, sales-ready condition.
- Operate with purpose and urgency, ensuring every customer interaction is executed with speed and precision and that your time is always planned ahead.
- Commit to daily training and practice to continuously sharpen your skills and become an expert in our program.

- Uncapped Commission Structure Includes

- $2,900 Monthly Base to Provide Stability as You Build Your Pipeline (Consultants typically earn above this, with top producers going far beyond it)
- Additional Bonuses are available based on hitting volume targets, performance milestones, and challenges.
