This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Service Counselor located in Omaha, NE. The Family Service Counselor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to families during their time of loss, coordinating funeral services, and assisting with lead generation for funeral home services.
- Experience in Family Services and Funeral Homes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to generate leads for funeral home services
- Knowledge of insurance policies related to funeral services
- Empathy and compassion in working with grieving families
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of funeral planning processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
