What will I do?
The Dining Room Team Leader is responsible for communications between the staff and Dining Services Supervisors regarding resident satisfaction, service, and daily functions in the Dining Room. Our Team Leaders must have a passion for hospitality service and be able to lead and develop a strong team that is committed to providing excellent service for our residents and guests.
- Maintain proper sanitation and food handling practices.
- Lead and guide the wait staff, cashiers, bartenders, and host teams.
- Oversee all wait staff training.
- Perform as a member of the wait staff, cashier, bartender, or host teams.
We have the pleasure of serving in our resident' home; We are looking for an individual to provide consistent leadership and 5-star customer service for our repeat clientele.
What do I need for this role?
- High school graduate.
- Experience in food service and basic computer skills are required.
- Front of the House and Back of the House knowledge is a plus.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
