What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN PT Weekends/Evening/Night position at WESTMINSTER CANTERBURY RICHMOND?
The Licensed Practical Nurse in Assisted Living is responsible for resident care using various nursing competencies such as assessments, care planning, implementation of interventions and evaluation of resident needs and care being provided. Support C.N.A.s to ensure resident care standards are being met and maintained. Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Shift Details: 7pm - 7am every other weekend
