Position Overview

To provide excellent table service to the residents and guests dining at the Westminster Place

Essential Functions

• Work closely with the Clinical Dietitian and Production Manager to ensure maximum food quality.
• Ensure proper food serving temperatures on MCC line
• Supervisor proper handling and portioning of food
• Monitor appearance and texture of foods served
• Monitor proper functioning of equipment necessary to provide quality food and services
• Monitor and report problems with menu to supervisor
• Apply basic standards of sanitation program to meet health regulations and assure it is used with all employees
• Carry out safety measures for accident prevention
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment
• Supervise the following of the cleaning schedule for the trayline employees

Skills/Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and understand spoken English thoroughly
• Previous restaurant or retail experience desired but not required
• Ability to work most evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Total commitment to customer service
