Geotechnical Engineer I

We have an immediate opening for a Geotechnical Engineer I with 0-3 years of experience at any of our office locations in MA and NH.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for monitoring geotechnical field investigations, geotechnical construction activities
• Preparation of boring logs and daily site visit reports
• Assist with preparation of proposals, technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Assist with geotechnical analyses including slope stability, settlement, and soil/structure interaction.

What you’ll bring:

• MS Degree with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
• EIT or close to obtaining
• Dam safety experience is preferred
• Experience with geotechnical field investigations, construction observation, determining geotechnical engineering properties of soil/rock
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• AutoCAD experience
