We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Wilmington, DE.
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Essential job functions and responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests, and apartment turnover functions
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- HVAC experience/certification preferred but not required
- Able to salt/shovel snow if needed
- On-call rotation with additional compensation
- Basic hand tools required
- Must be reliable
- Team player – Teamwork is our foundation
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
