The Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) is responsible for managing direct reports, coordinating manufacturing activities utilizing knowledge of product functions, production methods, procedures and machine and equipment capabilities. A Production Supervisor will lead their team in setting the objectives and assure that these objectives are met. These objectives include, but are not limited to, safety, quality production volumes, inventory, customer satisfaction, as well as meeting facility financial goals.
