Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members on food handling, safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures
- Implement shift management strategies to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation practices to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, interviewing prospective team members, and managing staffing schedules to meet business needs
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control measures, and sales analysis to achieve operational goals
- Foster a welcoming hospitality environment that emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement
- 55 hour work week, including some nights and weekends
Experience
- Proven management experience with pizza and a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Hands-on experience with POS systems; cash handling expertise required
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety compliance, and food production management (ServSafe Certification required)
- Previous experience in staff training & development, team management, interviewing candidates, and shift leadership
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and food industry standards
- Leadership skills with a focus on training & development, budgeting acumen, and fostering a positive team culture
