Responsibilities:
- Deal effectively with residents, public and co-workers.
- Supervise business office staff.
- Organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
- Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail
- Work across departments to achieve positive outcomes for residents and families
Requirements:
- Prior accounting experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is required;
- Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and private insurance;
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines;
- Knowledge of nursing home business functions.
- Must qualify for company insurance, pass DMV check, practice good defensive skills.
