Westway is looking for a highly self-motivated Janitorial Lead in dealing with the regular upkeep of the building. You help set the highest cleaning standards of our office by leading the contract janitorial team in cleanliness as the first impression for our business personnel, customers, tenants, and visitors. Professional in all interactions A successful supervisor can effortlessly create a welcoming work environment with fellow custodians, customers, and staff with a positive can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance routines
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and supply needs are met

Conduct supply inventory counts, ordering, restocking, and organization management
What You Bring:
TS/SCI Clearance required
3 years of custodial/janitorial duties or related work experience
Experience with use of industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment
Strong communication and leadership skills
