Overview:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, food service, and restaurant management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations
- Ensure high-quality member's service is provided at all times
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Staff Training
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
- Understanding of restaurant financials and budgeting
- Responsible for Weekly F&B Payroll input
