What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processor position at WeVett?

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Providing elite service to internal and external clients
Communicating with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy and procedures of the business
Applying knowledge and judgment to proactively anticipate needs of the lender, clients and real estate transaction parties
Developing strong computer skills, including the extensive use of web-based applications
Creating new systems and processes for improving the client experience
Managing multiple priorities while building rapport with clients
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
The desire to serve military members
Associates Degree or higher
Minimum 12 months experience in Mortgage or Client Service Industry
History of customer service experience in previous school or work roles
Work or school experience with using complex logic and problem solving skills
Advanced computer experience - ability to multitask on dual monitors
Willingness to learn and be coached
Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Ability to take accountability for actions
On-site Attendance
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Military experience (or knowing someone close who served)
Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA
Handling escalated client service situations over the phone
