Weyerhaeuser Company is searching for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our 9 Distribution Centers located in Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. This is full-time, work-from-home position with up to 25% travel. The ideal candidate will be based in the Dallas, Atlanta, or Charlotte area, within reasonable commuting distance to a major airport. This position is a part of the Distribution east division’s leadership team and Weyerhaeuser’s Distribution human resources team reporting to the HR Director for Distribution.The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for advising on a variety of topics ranging from compensation reviews to work system design to employee relations, and everything in between. Additionally, this role is a strategic partner to distribution center leaders and focuses on meeting business performance objectives through effective HR planning, development, coaching and problem solving.
Location:
Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or North Carolina and be within driving distance to the major international airport. This role is not open to individuals that live outside of these states.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $97,400 to $146,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Key Functions

- Provide top-quality coaching, consultations, and solutions in all areas of HR, including employee relations, talent management, and leadership training.

- At least 8 years of HR generalist experience, with expertise in supporting exempt and non-exempt personnel across multiple states, preferred
- Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree preferred
- SPHR, PHR, etc. certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, talent management, diversity, performance management, and federal and state laws.
