Location : Richfield, WI
Schedule : Part-Time, 2 Days Per Week
Compensation : $400 / Week
Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Music to lead and coordinate the music program for Praise Band for Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.
This role involves selecting, rehearsing, and directing music for services and special events, fostering an engaging and inspiring worship environment through music.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and lead music for weekly services and special events.
- Collaborate with leadership to select appropriate music that aligns with the organization’s vision and mission.
- Recruit, mentor, and coordinate volunteer musicians and keyboard, drums, guitars and singers.
- Maintain and organize music resources and equipment.
- Stay current with trends and techniques in music direction.
