WHA Insurance is growing!
As we continue to drive growth, we are looking to hire an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met.
- Process policy renewals on assigned accounts.
- Issue certifications at renewal and as requested by customers.
- Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
- Market accounts as appropriate to receive quotes and policy information.
- Prepare sales information for customers such as proposals, summaries, and schedules.
- Data entry in account management system.
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty License in the State of Oregon preferred – willing to train the right person.
- Two years’ experience in insurance or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with Zywave and AMS360 preferred.
