RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure company policy and Brand Quality Standards are followed.
Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
Training and developing new hourly team members.
Increasing sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices.
Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation.
Ensure food quality and customer service standards
Achieve and Maintain Required Certifications
Administrative activities
Inventory Management
Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager on time.
Must be 18 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
Has strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions
Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Passion for the business and compassion for people
Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
Flexibility
Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Typically works under general supervision and reports to a GM.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associates degree preferred
1 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
Driving is essential for this position so a valid drivers license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required
Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more
Food Handlers Certification
Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand during entire shift
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
Frequent washing of hands
Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
